Capacity Building & Growth
The organisation has partnered with corporates like Accenture, UBS, and KPMG to deliver capacity building and skills workshops, resulting in more than 500 students securing insight day opportunities, internships and/or full-time jobs with UBS, Accenture and KPMG alone.
Performance opportunities and Sense of achievement
Singers who have participated in UGCY have gone on to win awards, start businesses, and perform at high-profile engagements including but not limited to BBC Gospel Proms, X Factor, The Voice and Britain’s Got Talent.
Transformed University Experience
The competition has transformed the university experience for many individuals, providing them with valuable skills and opportunities.

Our team comprises passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a love for music and a commitment to student well-being. We have educators, musicians, mental health advocates, and experienced administrators working together to create a supportive and enriching environment for all our participants.
